INGREDIENTS

– 1 (6-oz.) store-bought graham cracker crust* – 2 (8-oz.) pkg. full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature** – 1 (5.3-oz.) container whole milk lemon Greek yogurt (such as Chobani) – 1/2 cup (about 2 oz.) powdered sugar – 1 (8-oz.) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed – 1 (21-oz.) can cherry pie filling (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Line bottom of a  (9-inch) springform pan with parchment. Pulse pie shell in a food processor until fine crumbs. Spoon crust crumbs into prepared pan, pressing into bottom firmly; set aside.

2. Beat cream cheese, yogurt, and powdered sugar on low speed until smooth and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping
