Easy and Delicious S’mores Fudge Recipe
This super easy recipe starts with a basic easy fudge recipe and adds in traditional s’mores ingredients. It will quickly become one of your family’s favorite treats! Bonus: No candy thermometer required!

I didn’t expect this to be such a huge hit when I tested it yesterday. But sometimes the easiest, most simple recipes turn out to be the biggest hits.
My oldest son couldn’t get enough of it… which says a lot. He is arguably my toughest taste tester.
What I personally love about this s’mores fudge recipe is how sinfully easy it is. People tend to think of fudge as a complicated, candy-making process… requiring, cocoa powder, butter, sometimes marshmallow topping, and often a candy thermometer.
And while I know these traditional fudge recipes exist and are super yummy, you can easily make a delicious batch of fudge with chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
But this recipe doesn’t stop there. I’ve added classic s’more ingredients (marshmallows and graham crackers) to create something even better than basic fudge.

Easy and Delicious S’mores Fudge Recipe

- Yield: 32 servings
- Diet: Gluten Free
Description
This super easy recipe starts with a basic easy fudge recipe and adds in traditional s’mores ingredients. It will quickly become one of your family’s favorite treats! Bonus: No candy thermometer required!
Ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallows, cut into small pieces or 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 8 crispy graham crackers squares, cut into pieces (for gluten free, I use Schar Honegrams gluten-free graham crackers)
Instructions
- Line a 13- x 9-inch baking dish or baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (Tear off an equal size piece of paper or foil to use later; set aside.)
- Add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a medium saucepan; place over low-medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla extract. Working quickly, pour mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth to edges of pan. Top evenly with marshmallow and graham cracker pieces. Lay reserved piece of parchment paper over top of fudge mixture, and gently press toppings into fudge layer. Let cool to room temperature or refrigerate to speed cooling. Once smores fudge is firm, cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Note: The first time I made this recipe, it was an instant hit with my oldest son. My youngest liked it really well, too, but he’s a big milk chocolate fan. I suggest choosing your chocolate based on your preference. You could even use dark chocolate, if preferred.
