Have homemade pumpkin bread in just a few simple steps. This 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Bread is so easy to make!


  • 1 (14.5-oz.) pkg. gingerbread cake and cookie mix (such as Betty Crocker)
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin* (from 1 can of pumpkin puree)
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup water**


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper leaving a 1-inch overhang on long sides. Spray parchment paper with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Beat gingerbread mix, pumpkin, eggs, and water in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer on medium speed in a large mixing bowl until well blended, about 1 minute. Spoon into prepared loaf pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in top of the bread comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs, 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack. Carefully lift bread from pan using parchment paper overhang, and place on wire rack. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap.


*Not pumpkin pie filling
