This 4 ingredient Brownie Banana Bread is the perfect recipe when you’re wanting to bake something sweet with simple ingredients.


  • Cooking spray
  • 2 large overripe bananas
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil, melted butter or melted coconut oil
  • 1 (16-oz.) pkg. brownie mix


  1. Pre heat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, and coat bottom of the pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place bananas in a large bowl, and mash well with a fork. Add eggs and oil to mashed bananas; beat with an electric mixer until combined. Add brownie mix, and beat just until smooth. Spoon banana bread batter into prepared pan with a rubber spatula.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour, 15 minutes. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap.


*This bread would be delicious served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
