Looking for a superfast delicious cobbler recipe? My family LOVES this one. Super easy and so delicious!

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.)¬†butter
  • 2 (15-oz.) cans of peaches in heavy syrup, undrained
  • 1 (21-oz.) pkg cinnamon swirl crumb cake and muffins mix (such as Krusteaz)
  • 1 cup water*
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat bottom of the pan of a 13- x 9-inch baking dish or casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray; add butter to dish. Place in oven for a couple of minutes to melt while oven preheats.
  2. Meanwhile, open cake mix box, and separate cake mix bag from cinnamon brown sugar mixture bag. Place cake mix in a large mixing bowl. Add half of cinnamon sugar mixture to bowl, and set aside remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Add water to bowl, and whisk to combine. Remove baking dish from oven. Spoon batter over melted butter, but do not stir.
  3. Pour canned peaches with syrup evenly over batter in baking dish; do not stir. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown and fruit filling is hot and bubbly, about 1 hour. Remove from oven, and let cool 10 minutes. Top warm cobbler with a scoop of ice cream, if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container.

*I did not count water as an ingredient when titling this recipe as “3 Ingredients.”
